In April 2020, when I should have been embarking on enjoyable lockdown hobbies like banana bread baking and yoga, I instead launched a recruitment company. Admittedly, a global pandemic had not been in my business continuity plan, but Rippin & Associates was born into the chaotic quarantine world of Zoom fatigue, hiring freezes, and constant "pivoting" to a "new normal". But thanks to some amazingly supportive clients and candidates, we survived to tell the tale.

 

I partner with organisations across EMEA to build high-performing, sustainable teams within HRIS, People Analytics, HR AI and HR Operations. I specialise in hard-to-find skill sets and take a consultative and honest approach, prioritising long-term fit over short-term wins. Delivering specialist and thoughtful recruitment to build modern HR teams. 

 

Alongside recruitment, I’m continually developing the insights and market knowledge that I can bring to my network. I’m currently completing a part-time Master’s in Psychology, with a dissertation focused on AI in the workplace, because understanding people matters just as much as understanding technology.
