Jessica has a proven track record of helping organisations to build highly effective and successful HR and Technology teams, delivering on assignments across industry sectors and seniority levels globally.

Previously she was a Senior Manager at a multi-award winning, international recruitment agency where she managed teams in the HR division, before going on to lead the UK IT function and then founded their Nordic's technology arm.

Jessica is a History graduate from the University of Exeter, who previous to recruitment worked in the charity sector. When not recruiting she can be found trundling around the football and cricket pitches of South East England with a level of enthusiasm which unfortunately usually belies the resulting performances.
